Account & support

Understand the customer account endpoints around your integration: profile, sessions, support, subscriptions and usage.

Customer-only operations

These routes use a customer Authorization: Bearer token. Project keys cannot access them. Use the Customer portal for interactive account management.

Method / pathPurpose
GET / PATCH /v1/auth/meProfile; update allowed name/timezone fields
POST / GET / DELETE /v1/auth/me/avatarPrivate JPEG/PNG/WebP avatar; upload requires exact X-Upload-Length
POST /v1/auth/me/welcome/acknowledgeAcknowledge welcome state
POST /v1/auth/me/onboarding/completeMark onboarding complete
GET /v1/auth/sessionsList active sessions
DELETE /v1/auth/sessions/{id}Revoke a session
POST /v1/auth/sessions/revoke-othersKeep current session; revoke others
POST /v1/auth/change-passwordVerify current password and change it
POST /v1/auth/delete-accountSoft-delete the account and revoke credentials

Revoking a session invalidates its session-bound access. Password changes revoke sessions according to the account flow. Account deletion disables access and revokes sessions and keys; it does not immediately erase projects, media or audit records.

Method / pathPurpose
POST / GET /v1/support/ticketsCreate or list your tickets
GET /v1/support/tickets/{id}View a ticket and its messages
POST /v1/support/tickets/{id}/messagesReply to your ticket

Support tickets require a signed-in customer and the supportTicketsEnabled setting. They have no attachment upload contract. Public inquiries are separate, non-threaded submissions; use Contact for general, sales or partnership questions.
