Terms of Service

Service and operator

These terms cover Imazeo’s public website, Customer portal, image, PDF and code-generation APIs. Imazeo is operated by Manish Balodia, with MSME/Udyam registration, at Near Jain Temple, Govindgarh, Jaipur, Rajasthan 303712, India. They take effect on the date shown above. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to accept them on its behalf.

The service allows authorized users to organize projects, upload images, request supported transformations, process PDFs and generate QR codes or barcodes subject to account limits. Review output compatibility and scan results before use. Public inquiries are separate from authenticated support tickets and do not establish a paid agreement. Read these terms with the Privacy Notice and Acceptable Use Policy. A data processing agreement or service-level commitment requires a separate agreement.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information and keep your contact email current.

Protect your password, sessions and API keys. Store integration keys on your server, not in public browser code or repositories. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access, revoke compromised keys and review active sessions promptly.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in images and other content you submit. To perform your requests, you authorize Imazeo to receive, fetch, store, reproduce, modify, encode and return that content as needed to provide and secure the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Imazeo.

You must hold the necessary copyright, privacy, publicity and other permissions for the content and the requested processing. Public accessibility of a remote image does not by itself give you permission to copy or transform it. You are responsible for notices and permissions required for personal information in submitted images.

Do not submit content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. Maintain your own originals and backups. Review transformed outputs before relying on them; cropping, encoding and metadata removal can change appearance or remove information.

Plans, manual payment and access dates

Your authenticated account shows your actual assigned terms; a custom or complimentary assignment may differ from a public template. Public catalog edits do not silently replace an existing assignment. Free usage is monthly. Monthly paid terms receive their configured monthly allowance at activation; annual paid terms receive the full configured annual allowance upfront and reset annually. Storage capacity and per-request limits do not multiply with the term interval.

Paid access ends at its recorded end unless an explicitly confirmed funded successor is scheduled. Request renewal separately; undoing cancellation does not extend access or authorize payment. Cancellation takes effect at term end and then access falls back to Free. Clearing a scheduled successor requires acknowledgment; its payment evidence remains for administrative resolution.

Downgrade or expiry does not automatically delete stored files. Authorized file management and downloads remain subject to ownership, project state, bandwidth and serving safeguards; new processing follows the current features and limits. No automatic refund, proration or unused allowance carryover is calculated. Refund or payment questions are handled under your confirmed commercial terms and applicable law; mandatory refund rights are not excluded.

Free access has no paid recurring charge. Paid terms are agreed with Imazeo and activated manually after external payment is confirmed. A contact inquiry or upgrade request does not authorize a charge, confirm a purchase or activate access. Price, currency, taxes, included operations, allowances and service dates must be agreed before payment. There is no website checkout, payment-card collection or automatic payment collection. Ask us about payment documentation or tax information before paying.

Your account’s entitlements determine processing credits, storage, bandwidth and other limits. Requests may be rejected at a limit, and some features, including remote URL input, depend on entitlement. Do not bypass limits through multiple accounts, credential sharing or other evasive activity.

Features and limits may change as the service develops. Material changes should be communicated with any notice required by law; no unlimited quota or permanent feature availability is promised.

Processing and storage behavior

Original uploads preserve their bytes. Supported transformations create derivatives and omit embedded EXIF, GPS and ICC metadata. Not every format or operation supports animation. You must check that the selected format and operation meet your needs.

Persist mode stores an output for later authorized retrieval. Cache mode can reuse an output within its cache lifetime. Ephemeral mode returns an output without saving an output media file. None of these modes promises deletion of related usage records or of an already uploaded source. Cache expiry does not promise immediate physical deletion.

The service is not your only backup. Availability, processing time, compression savings and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed by these terms.

Permitted use and service rights

Use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not bypass authentication, access another account’s content, interfere with the service, probe internal network resources through remote fetching or redistribute access in a way that defeats project boundaries.

Imazeo retains rights in its own software, branding and website content, subject to any applicable open-source or third-party licenses. These terms do not grant permission to imply endorsement or to use the Imazeo name as your own.

Suspension, closure and retained records

Access may be restricted or suspended to address abuse, compromised credentials, security risks, legal requirements or violations of the service rules. Urgent protection may require action before notice. Contact contact@imazeo.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken, and provide the relevant account and request details without sharing credentials.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account controls. Current account deletion disables access and revokes sessions and project keys; it is not immediate permanent erasure of projects, media or historical records. Review the Privacy Notice and contact us about any erasure request.

Availability and responsibility

Unless a separate agreement explicitly provides otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to maintenance, limits and interruptions. Evaluate outputs, keep backups and design your integration to handle errors and unavailable service. Do not use Imazeo where a processing failure could create an immediate threat to life or physical safety.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranty of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose is offered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law, disputes and updates

These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections under any other applicable law. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive arbitration process or waive remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Contact contact@imazeo.com first to explain a service concern and seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law. Material revisions to effective terms should be identified with a revised date and any notice or agreement required by law.

Imazeo branding and third-party rights

The Imazeo name and logo identify this service. These terms do not grant permission to present yourself as Imazeo, imply endorsement or use its branding to mislead people. No registered-trademark status is asserted. Other product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Your uploaded content remains yours. The website’s copyright notice does not transfer ownership of user content. Software and examples supplied under a separate open-source license remain governed by that license; check the relevant package or file before reuse.
