How do I upgrade?
Request an upgrade to agree the plan, price, currency, taxes and access dates. We activate paid access after confirming payment. Sending an inquiry does not make a payment or change your plan. There is no website checkout or automatic payment collection.
When do allowances reset?
Free allowances reset monthly from your account’s start date. Monthly paid plans receive their allowance when activated; annual plans receive the full year’s credits, transformations and bandwidth upfront. Annual allowances reset yearly. Storage capacity and per-request limits are separate from these resets.
Will my paid term renew automatically?
No. Check your Plan page for the access end date and request a renewal before then. A renewal confirmed and paid for in advance can start when the current term ends. Without a renewal, access returns to Free. Undoing cancellation keeps the existing end date.
What happens when I cancel or downgrade?
Cancellation takes effect at the recorded term end. Your stored files remain available for authorized management and bandwidth-controlled download. New processing follows the current features and limits. No automatic refund, proration or unused allowance carryover is applied.
Does a public plan describe my custom assignment?
Your Plan page lists the features, limits, price and dates that apply to your account. Custom or complimentary plans can differ from public offers. Updating the public catalog does not change your existing assigned terms.
Are trials included?
Trials are not available at launch. You can start with Free within its assigned features and limits.
