Acceptable Use Policy
Content permissions, prohibited conduct and responsible use of Imazeo’s processing and account services.
Effective:
Use Imazeo responsibly
This policy covers content submitted to Imazeo, remote image fetching, API requests and use of the Customer portal. It forms part of the Terms of Service and takes effect on the date shown above. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your projects and keys.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, retrieve, transform or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property rights or violates another person’s privacy. Do not use Imazeo for child sexual abuse or exploitation material, non-consensual intimate images, credible threats, targeted harassment, fraud or other unlawful activity.
Do not submit malware, exploit payloads, maliciously crafted images or files intended to compromise the service or its users. Do not use transformed images to impersonate others deceptively, facilitate identity theft or misrepresent rights you do not hold.
The same rules apply to PDF documents, QR and barcode contents and public inquiries. Do not encode deceptive phishing destinations or use contact forms to send spam. You are responsible for rights to document content and identifiers you supply.
Images, personal information and remote sources
Only submit content you are entitled to process. Obtain required permissions for identifiable people and remove personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task. Do not send passwords, private keys or authentication tokens as image content or support messages.
Remote URL access, where enabled, must respect the source owner’s rights and applicable access restrictions. Do not use Imazeo to bypass a paywall, login requirement or other access control, or to scrape content unlawfully. A publicly reachable URL is not proof of permission.
Do not target loopback, private, link-local, cloud metadata or other prohibited network destinations, including through redirects or DNS manipulation. Do not try to bypass the remote-fetch safeguards.
Protect access boundaries
Do not access or attempt to access another user’s projects, media, keys, sessions or administrative functions without authorization. Do not guess identifiers or credentials to enumerate private resources. Do not expose project keys in public applications or share credentials to circumvent access rules.
Do not defeat quotas, rate limits, suspension or entitlement restrictions by rotating accounts, projects, addresses or keys. Do not misrepresent your identity when contacting support or requesting account changes.
Respect service capacity
Do not flood endpoints, deliberately trigger expensive repeated transformations or attempt denial-of-service attacks. Handle errors and rate-limit responses responsibly. Avoid uncontrolled retries and automated activity designed to exhaust storage, processing or bandwidth.
Security testing requires authorization and an agreed scope. A vulnerability report does not authorize intrusive testing, disruption, access to other users’ data or retention of data obtained without permission.
Report abuse or a vulnerability
Send reports to contact@imazeo.com. Use “Abuse report” or “Security report” in the subject. Describe the issue, the relevant time and any request or resource identifiers you are authorized to share. Provide safe reproduction steps rather than credentials or unnecessary copies of private content.
For a rights complaint, identify the content or activity, your relationship to the affected rights and a way to contact you. Do not knowingly submit false reports. A report is reviewed on its facts; this policy does not promise a bounty, response deadline or automatic removal.
Enforcement and review
To protect users and the service, Imazeo may restrict processing, suspend an account or project, revoke keys or take other appropriate action available under the service and applicable law. Serious or urgent abuse may require action before notice. Information may be preserved or disclosed where legally required.
If you believe an action is mistaken, contact contact@imazeo.com with the account and relevant details. Do not create replacement accounts to evade the restriction. This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights.
